JBR Commercial Property Group Ltd is a group of companies, specialising in commercial property consultancy across Wales & the south west. The company comprises Jenkins Best (agency), Willowford (asset management) & Parkwood (property management) who advise on and manage predominantly multi-let office and industrial estates on behalf of institutional investors, property companies and private individuals.

JBR was formed by 3 Chartered Surveyors in February 2018, which saw the merger of Jenkins Best and Willowford Asset Management, which had previously been running independently for 6 and 4 years respectively. Parkwood Property Management was also launched alongside to complement the existing agency and asset management services.
